PRACTICE AREAS - Insurance Defense
Kearns & Duffy, P.C. presently performs insurance defense services on general liability and motor vehicle liability for two carriers. Michael C. Vaccaro, Esq., is an attorney with vast trial experience in insurance defense matters and enhances Kearns & Duffy's ability to provide quality cost-effective services to our clients. In the context of insurance defense work, this means gathering information promptly and evaluating each case as early as possible. We regularly prepare clear and concise reports on significant developments, including the settlement value, degree of exposure and likelihood of success at trial.
Our firm has been involved in the defense of substantial litigation matters. We regularly appear in numerous Courts in the State of New Jersey and are familiar with many of the Judges in those Courts.
