Kearns & Duffy

FIRM HISTORY

The firm was established in 1887 by the late William J. Kearns, Esq., grandfather of William J. Kearns, and joined by his father, the late Anthony P. Kearns, Sr., in 1922 and the late Michael J. Bruder in 1923.  It is one of the oldest continuing firms in the area.  Mr. Kearns had been a partner in the firm of Kearns & Bruder from 1968 until he joined forces with the late Robert C. Coyle and the firm became Kearns & Coyle in 1976. On July 1, 1996, Paul R. Duffy and William J. Kearns combined practices to form the firm of Kearns & Duffy, P.C.   On July 29, 2002, Michael C. Vaccaro joined the firm as an Associate, and on July 1, 2005, he was advanced to the position of full partner.  In September of 2009, Matthew F. Gluck became an Associate with our firm.
